Hi, I’m Lisa
I’m a single mom of four, and my path has been shaped by experiencing—and healing through—multiple traumas throughout my life. For a long time, I wore the masks that the world expected of me: strong, capable, “fine.” But inside, I was carrying wounds that left me feeling disconnected, unseen, and unworthy.
My healing journey began when I finally allowed myself to face those parts of me I had hidden away. Through self-reflection, spiritual practices, and a deep commitment to breaking old cycles, I discovered something powerful: every pain I carried was also pointing me back to my truth.
That’s why I do this work today. As a motivational guide, I help others uncover their authentic selves—the version of you that exists beyond trauma, beyond conditioning, beyond fear. My workshops, workbook, and teachings are built from lived experience, not just theory. I know what it feels like to struggle, and I also know what it feels like to rise.
This space is for anyone who feels ready to step out of survival mode and into self-love, self-worth, and wholeness. You are not broken—you are becoming. And I’m here to walk beside you as you return to yourself.
